Dean Harbry, PCC
Dean Harbry is most noted for his
leadership and management skill, creating a corporate climate of performance and employee satisfaction.
Dean has held a variety of work responsibilities
inside prominent firms and educational
institutions including Ronald Blue
& Co, Bank of Ireland and the
University of Pittsburgh. By his own admission, the most effective time in developing coaching skill was his seventeen year stint as a missionary in Youth With A Mission. Through leading diverse teams and working in cross-cultural settings, Dean acquired the needed competencies to focus
on other's success and the success of team objectives. These are the same skills needed in today's corporate environment.
Dean received a B.A. in Organizational Management. His is also a graduate of the University of the Nations School of Evangelism, Corporate Coach U, and is now enrolled in an M.A./Ph.D. program called "Professional Coaching and Human Development" at International University of Professional Studies. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), credentialed through the International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org), the international body for coaching certifications.
Dean has led nonprofit boards, planted churches (locally and overseas), and has a passion for coaching and mentoring. He married Janet in 1980 and they have been blessed with four wonderful children. Dean is also a dedicated runner completing 17 marathons to date.
